The interior of this single-family house is based on a refined interplay of rich textures and carefully considered design solutions that create a bright, calm, and functional living environment. The spaces are defined by an elegant contrast between the warmth of wood, subtle off-white tones, the softness of bouclé fabrics, and the sophistication of Arabescato marble — together forming a timeless yet contemporary aesthetic narrative. The space’s distinctive character is further enhanced by oak parquet laid in a herringbone pattern, which, in combination with luxurious marble, brings a sense of refinement, elegance, and permanence.
One of the key functional features is a visually concealed extension of the kitchen with a pantry, allowing the kitchen area to expand when needed. This hidden section houses a coffee machine, toaster, and kitchen appliances, each with a dedicated place. At the same time, the functional layout allows this area to be easily concealed when not in use, maintaining a visually clean and minimalist central kitchen space.
Also drawing attention are the stone monoliths — striking stone elements that serve as more than just aesthetic highlights. With their robust presence, they perform various functions: as a support for the kitchen island, a bookshelf, a dining table base, and more.
Lighting design played a key role in shaping the overall atmosphere. Natural light is maximized through large glass surfaces, while general and ambient lighting are carefully integrated into the overall interior and furniture design.
