About This Project

We are proud to present our new project, Diviana, which we began designing at the start of 2022 and which finally saw the light of day earlier this year.

Diviana – an interior where light takes center stage as the main motif: intangible, immaterial, yet essential – for the space, for feeling, for life. Light is what gives the interplay of materials, textures, and shades its tangible form.

For a four-member family, we designed the interior of a house where the softness of neutral tones, textures, and gentle forms comes alive through the play of light and the depth it creates.

We approached this project with a deeply ingrained thought: to design a home for a family that needs a space that will grow with them, while simultaneously serving all their needs and adapting to them. Their desire for a gentle and luminous interior has been realized in a home where various shades of beige interweave, furniture volumes offer ample functional storage, and recessed voids in the furniture allow everyday life to flow as orderly as possible, while the home remains a calm, spacious family oasis. Rounded forms, appearing subtly and functionally, add softness to the design, while touches of gold metal bring a hint of elegance.

The interplay of beige-toned furniture with wood, slatted structures, and profiled ceramics gives the space depth. This motif of depth continues into the upper floor, with a staircase set against darker-toned walls. Through changes in lighting and wall color, we indicated that the space the staircase leads to is more private and belongs to the family.

The graphic approach to the staircase design continues into the upper-floor hallway, where a large mirror appears on the colored background of the doors and walls. The mirror is designed to open at the top, allowing for a small additional carpentry element to house an air-conditioning unit if needed in the future.

While the master bedroom continues the soft aesthetic of the house, the children’s rooms were designed with growing up in mind, allowing for small adjustments that can change their character as the children’s tastes evolve over time.

The result of this thoughtful design is a home where functionality, the warmth of materials, and light intertwine.

“Space and light and order. Those are the things that men need just as much as they need bread or a place to sleep.” – Le Corbusier
